Bold Means: Hacking Isolation

“Hacking is about exploring the limits of what’s possible.”

Today we celebrate the leadership and influence of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., one of the United States' best remembered social justice leaders. As a global organization working with social entrepreneurs driving change, we are inspired to take today and the upcoming Black History Month to spotlight our Black Male Achievement Fellows working to improve the life outcomes of black men and boys here in the United States. While some of them use tools like coding and technology that Dr. King couldn't have imagined, their tenacity and vision of social and racial justice are rooted in his ideals.

In the first of our weekly "Bold in Action" video series, meet 2013 Echoing Green Black Male Achievement Fellow Kalimah Priforce, founder of Qeyno Labs. Qeyno Labs is a hackathon incubator that organizes community-building hackathons for high-potential youth in low-opportunity settings.
