Anyone with a workplace, a boss, or a supply-chain employer can organize for a voice on the job. pairs easy-to-use online tools with employer networks, media outreach and ongoing leadership development that enable groups of employees to advocate for themselves. By supporting the development of worker-led advocacy networks online, we are nurturing a labor movement that can rise to meet the challenges of the 21st century economy.


Jess Kutch is a digital strategist and co-founder of, an online platform for workers' rights. Previously, she served as organizing director at, where she led a team of organizers in providing strategic support to campaigns on's platform. Her work raised's profile around the world, and helped inspire thousands of people to launch and lead their own campaigns. Before joining, Jess spent five years directing online campaigns for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). During that time, she pioneered digital strategies for worksite organizing and issue campaigning within the labor movement. Her work has been profiled by top tier media outlets, including ABC World News, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Jess has presented at numerous conferences on topics related to digital organizing, most recently keynoting the FWD2013 conference in Melbourne, Australia. She is also a former Senior Fellow for the New Organizing Institute, where she regularly trains and coaches the next generation of digital strategists and changemakers.
