6/18/2008 UPDATE: Thank you to everyone that responded. The event is now full. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Boston.

Picture it: It’s Sunday morning, the last day of the All Fellows Conference. We’d spent four ten-hour days in a room together going through just about every aspect of nonprofit management that you could think of, and there were three hours to go. You might think that we were looking forward to the end of this time, but no, not really. When you’re an overworked executive director of a fledgling world-changing operation, time away from the office and overdrive is a vacation.

When fifty Echoing Green Fellows are in one place, there are plenty of honest moments, aha realizations, and an intensity that could light a match. And of course, with all the kindred spirits in one room, there is a lot of letting go and fun to be had. That is exactly what happend last week when we brought four Echoing Green Fellowship classes together in Boston for a packed schedule of workshops, "brain trusts" and one-and-one coaching.
