The Nevada Mining Project aims to provide free legal representation to native and non-native communities in Nevada affected by the adverse environmental, health, and community effects of mining. They work to foster a strong network that protects communities, land, water, air, and wildlife by encouraging reform of mining practices and holding government and corporations accountable.
Nicole is currently the Assistant General Counsel for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, which is the bi-state federal agency charged with protecting the environmental quality of Lake Tahoe.
