Personal Bio

Victoria Alzapiedi was an Echoing Green Fellow, through which she founded and led the Title IX Advocacy Project. The project focuses on eliminating sexual harassment in school, discrimination against pregnant and parenting students, and gender inequity in school-based athletic programs. Alzapiedi is now the the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at HBO, where she develops and facilitates leadership programs, conducts group and team building activities, provides executive coaching, develops competency critieria for executive promotion process and annual employee performance appraisals, and oversees the company’s 360 development assessment process.
