Biography
Rahul Panicker completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Stanford in 2007. He is also an alumnus of Stanford's Institute of Design, and received his B.Tech from IIT Madras, India. Prior to his PhD, he worked at the particle accelerator at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center.
