Biography
Dr. Neil Buddy Shah is an international development professional who specializes in helping policymakers make evidence-based decisions. He has worked in the World Bank’s Governance and Public Sector Unit where he worked on improving local governance policies in India. He has also worked at MIT’s Jameel Poverty Action Lab, where he coordinated randomized evaluations of several public health and police reform initiatives.
