Mike Lynn 1992 fellow
Mike Lynn is a venture capitalist at Adams Street Partners, a large private equity firm with offices in Chicago, Menlo Park, London, and Singapore. As a Partner, Mike is responsible for venture investments in life sciences companies, including medical devices and biopharmaceuticals. Mike is board certified in emergency medicine, and a clinical faculty member at the University of California, San Francisco. He continues to teach emergency medicine and volunteers as an attending physician at an inner-city hospital in Oakland.
In addition to his investment and medical background, Mike has distinguished credentials in the area of public policy. From 2002-2003, Mike was an International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and a visiting scholar at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University. In 2001-2002, Mike was a White House Fellow and assistant to former Secretary of State Colin Powell in the Office of Policy Planning in Washington, D.C.
