Biography 

Ms. Tandy is a litigation partner based in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. Much of Ms. Tandy's litigation practice focuses on helping mid-size and large companies implement employment and diversity related policies and procedures, investigating discrimination and harassment claims and litigating these claims. Her pro bono activities are also centered on civil and human rights issues. She has provided pro bono advice to various schools and organizations representing disadvantaged populations including the Hetrick Martin Institute and the Martin Luther King Center for Social Change. She is involved in various local and national organizations focused on expanding opportunities for women and minorities in the legal profession. As an undergraduate, she served as the President of Phillips Brooks House, Harvard's student run-public service organization.
