Biography
City Tech Executive Director and founder Larry McGee received his BS in Computer Science from Georgetown University and his MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. He served as a Research Fellow at the Logistics Management Institute, software engineer at Avilar Technologies Inc. and Phoenix Systems, an OS/2 Applications Programmer at Active Consultants, and as a computer specialist in the White House Executive Office of the President.
