Partners in School Innovation enables public schools in high-poverty Bay Area communities - serving students of color and English-language learners - to achieve educational equity through school-based reform.

Biography:

Julien and Kim Grose co-founded PartnersSI and served as co-executive directors until 1997. At that point, Kim left and, after a period of rest and attention to spiritual development, became executive director of the San Francisco Organizing Project, a faith-based community organizer. Julien served as sole executive director until 2002, then transitioned to ED-emeritus. In 2004 he returned as District Partnership Director. Becky Crowe Hill is now Executive Director and PartnersSI is thriving.
