Personal Bio

DS Pensley is an attorney with the Nordhaus Law Firm, where he works for American Indian Tribes in furtherance of their environmental programs and their inherent sovereignty. His work addresses a variety of media, to include soil, water, air, and drinking water, and operates within a variety of regulatory contexts, to include mine reclamation, superfund cleanup, the storage and transport of hazardous materials, and delegated authority under Part 71 of the federal Clean Air Act.
