Frontier Markets sales and service outlets provide clean, safe energy products for millions of people. We replace deadly kerosene and provide access to reliable lighting. Frontier Markets educates, trains and services local farmers, government, nonprofits, small retailers and women’s groups to reach households to stop deadly and toxic energy practices.
Biography
Daniel Tomlinson's work in urban violence prevention was scaled to over 30 schools in the US and India, and he was awarded Rotary International’s Paul Harris Fellowship in 2010 for his ongoing commitment to service. After living in India for years including remote villages in Karnataka and Chattisgghaar, Daniel experienced first hand the harsh, dangerous and often inhumane conditions of India’s rural poor.
