The Brown Boi Project (BBP) is the first program in the country committed to empowering and training young masculine of center womyn and trans, queer, and straight men of color, in the same spaces, as activists and community leaders.

Personal Bio

Cole holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and has worked as a community facilitator and strategist for more than 15 years. At 21 she worked in the White House as the scholar in residence, directing leadership development programming for the Harry S. Truman Foundation. A graduate of Mills College, a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and recipient of the Spirit of Dolores Huerta Award, she has worked across the US and internationally on issues of leadership and community economic development.
