The Accountability Lab makes governance work for people everywhere by supporting active citizens, responsible leaders, and accountable institutions. The Lab is reimagining how to build accountability to support a world in which resources are used wisely, decisions benefit everyone fairly, and people lead secure lives.

Personal Bio

Blair Glencorse is leading a movement for accountability and integrity around the world through the Accountability Lab. The Lab works to build accountability, using the arts, media, culture, and technology. Blair and his team have done everything from helping to found the first film school in Liberia, to monitoring and improving public services in Pakistan, to running a global TV show called Integrity Icon to “name and fame” honest government officials. The Accountability Lab is a winner of the UN’s International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award. Blair is an expert on anti-corruption with the World Economic Forum; the Lead of the Anti-Corruption Working Group of the C20, the global civil society network affiliated with the G20; and a member of the World Bank’s Expert Advisory Council on Citizen Engagement. Blair is a 2014 Echoing Green Fellow.
