Kevin Doyle Jones

What moves you? Hope and concern for the world my grandsons will live in. Amazement at the passion and consistent dedication of young entrepreneurs, realization that older people have something to offer. A desire to see the people impacted by social enterprise at the table when the deals are cut.
Kevin Doyle Jones founded and co owns Good Capital, an Impact Investment Fund which created one of the first social enterprise expansion funds (SEEF). The three surviving GoodCap SEEF portfolio companies scored in the top 10 % in the recent GIIRS impact rating against its peers. With his partner, Tim Freundlich, and his wife Rosa Lee, his business partner for more than 30 years, he founded and helps lead the world's leading social enterprise event focused on for profit social entrepreneurs, bringing them together with the people and institutions who are providing them the funding and other capacity resources they need to create businesses that can have a catalytic social and environmental impact, along with other partners and players, to change the world in the face of the world's toughest and most complex problems. Kevin and his partners also founded and run the largest shared work spaces for social entrepreneurs in the global Hub network; Hub Bay Area, which includes 20,000 sq foot, Hub SOMA, and Hub Berkeley, which was a pilot. The two hubs have more than 1,100 paying members.
