And do they want your help in creating that change? Getting to know the people who will benefit from your work is the first step to effective public service, allowing you to challenge your assumptions and transform altruism into high impact, culturally competent work.
Echoing Green and GOODmaker are teaming up to launch two challenges to help you better understand and build deeper relationship with members of the community you most want to serve.
The Two Challenges
A panel of judges will declare a $500 winner from the five top-voted submissions on the Take Perspective…Someone Else’s Challenge. Submit an idea here.
The public decides the $1,000 winner on the Connect with Your Community Challenge on GOODmaker. Submit an idea here.
