Visit the Shokay Holiday Trunk Show in NYC November 18-19
2008 Echoing Green Fellows Carol Chyau and Marie So are coming to New York City and exhibiting the products of Shokay (one of their model social enterprises). We're looking forward to stopping by to check out these fabrics and products all made from yak down.
Shokay has a collection of apparel, accessories for kids & adults, and home products made from yak own sourced from Tibetan herders. Yak down is a luxury fiber recognized by fiber experts to be comparable in softness and warmth to cashmere (seriously!).
Shokay has been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, and Time magazine.
