Echoing Green: Office Space for Rent - $1800 per month

Echoing Green is currently looking for a non-fellow organization, company or individuals to share a section of our office space with. Our office is located in Midtown West. We prefer to rent to another nonprofit, although this is not a requirement. We are also willing to rent to a small group of individuals. The available space is a large room (approx 15 ft x 15 ft) with a full wall of windows and lots of natural light! It comfortably seats 3 occupants with room to breathe. Our office is on the Second floor of our building at 35th Street and 8th Avenue. The space is $1800/month and is available immediately.

Rent includes:

• Access to fax machine, printer, copy machine
• Three telephone lines and telephones
• Lobby security personnel and coded entry off-hours
• Cleaning service • Receptionist at front of office
• Central air conditioning and heat
• Three passenger elevators and one freight elevator
• Access to conference room for larger meetings
• Post office box in lobby
• Access to kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, sink etc.
• One desk and two filing cabinets, and three chairs available for your use (assumes you will bring other appropriate furniture)
• Convenient access to subway, bus, Penn Station, central post office, restaurants, banks
• Friendly and creative office environment
