Echoing Green meets rising social entrepreneurs at one of the most important inflection points. That is, when they have taken responsibility for a problem in the world and made a commitment to implement their bold new idea to solve that problem.

It is inspiring and humbling to connect with people at this critical stage—when their idea hasn’t quite lifted off their computer screens, when they listen intently for feedback yet move beyond the naysayers, and when their desire to bring about positive social change is their biggest motivator.

With that in mind, it is a great honor to announce our twenty-two fellowship finalists, who are still in the running to receive Echoing Green’s critical seed funding and comprehensive technical support. This is an amazing feat as we started with nearly 1,000 applications from seventy-eight countries.

Our finalists have endured the first three rigorous stages of Echoing Green’s intensive crowd-sourcing selection process. Through this process, they have edited their plans many times over, received many ears-worth of feedback, and remained solution-oriented optimists who are poised to change the world. We will meet them in early May for the last leg, our selection weekend, where our finalists will stand before panels of judges and pitch their innovative ideas for lasting social change.
