Be Bold Podcast - Episode 16 now live!
Lara Galinsky of Echoing Green answers listener questions about creating meaningful careers. Britt Bravo hosts the show. Question 1: How can I grow myself as a motivator? I'd like to improve my management and leadership skills, but don't know where to start. Question 2: How can I transition from my paid jobs to my volunteer jobs where my heart is and stay afloat? I currently volunteer as an advocate for three different health organizations, but work two jobs to support myself and daughter. I would love to find a way to transition from the daily grind of my paid jobs (health-related field) to where my heart is in advocacy work without sacrificing my ability to attain basics (shelter, food, etc.).
