Now Open: 2010 Echoing Green Fellowship Application
Today is the day - We’re excited to launch our 2010 Fellowship Application! If you have the next big idea for social change, and also have what it takes to start your own groundbreaking organization, apply for an Echoing Green Fellowship by the deadline, December 2, 2009 at 5PM EST.
Before starting on the application, we highly recommend you read through all the materials on the Apply Now page – including the Applicant Coaching Guide. Nearly 90% of applicants who completed four or more coaching tools felt the coaching guide helped them prepare a stronger application.
Follow these four steps to apply for a fellowship –
1. Check Echoing Green’s Selection Criteria and take the Pre-Application Questionnaire
2. Review the Application Handbook and Applicant Coaching Guide
3. Find an individual who can help you through the process of drafting your application
4. Complete and submit an application before December 2nd at 5pm EST
While the deadline seems very far away, December will be here before you know it. Although the questions we ask are challenging, make sure to allow yourself enough time to develop your proposal and solicit feedback from family and friends.
Best of luck to all applicants! If you have any questions or concerns about the fellowship, contact Deva Jones, Recruitment Associate, at deva@echoinggreen.org or apply@echoinggreen.org.

Just asking one more. Then can you email me if i'm wasting our
Just thought i'd let you know a little about the plans i have already for the project i'm hoping to start up with any funds you should approve. Basically it will be used to purchase property, provide some scholarships, and to build a new charter school down in florida. Near to universtiy of western florida. The builders along with myself will be enrolled in classes at the college as well as running the new non-profit we'll need to set up down there. And i can still use my development corporation from here in michigan to oversee several other non profits that i know of, and have solid contacts with.
Anyways.. i'm confident i can pull it all together. I just need secretarial staff to get started.
