Equity is what matters.
MaryBeth helps manage Echoing Green’s application processes by seeking out a diverse group of prospective applicants, guiding future Fellows through our process, and supporting the hundreds of individuals involved in application review. She also assists with Fellowship and Alumni data management and correspondence. MaryBeth interned with Echoing Green through the Jeannette K. Watson Fellowship before joining our staff full-time. She is a recent graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she conducted research examining public opinion on capital punishment. When she’s not helping Echoing Green recruit applicants, MaryBeth volunteers with the Jacob Riis Settlement House helping ESL students study for the citizenship exam.
