Courtney provides support and guidance to the 2013 class of Global Fellows and leads our search and selection process for new Fellowship applicants. Prior to joining Echoing Green, Courtney managed operations and program evaluation of one of NYC’s largest city-funded workforce development initiatives in the Bronx. Courtney’s passion for economic development and entrepreneurship began during her tour as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in South Africa. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys challenging her mental and physical strength on her yoga mat and dragging her husband on long urban explorations to discover new neighborhoods and local secrets of the city.
